I founded Salem Techsperts in Salem,MA, in 2015 to save people money by helping them to repair their tech instead of buying something new. Frustrated with profit-focused tech shops, I started my own, driven by 16 years of IT experience and a passion to help people. Salem Techsperts is now among Massachusetts' top-rated repair shops. I'm also very active in the Right to Repair movement and have been featured in multiple news articles while advocating at the state and federal levels. Using social media and comedy, I educate, entertain, and motivate diverse audiences on IT-related topics that would otherwise be "boring". Now I'm opening up my shop to the rest of the US by providing mail-in repairs!
